Episcopal Church Youth Group Joined Other
Youth Groups for Mission Work in the Community of NM

Members of St. Margaret’s youth group joined other episcopal youth groups from the area on a mission to go out to Navajoland in New Mexico and help renovate a couple of houses for the local people. At San Juan Mission Cemetery, they also took the time to repaint all the crosses in the cemetery bringing life and remembrance back to those loved ones buried there. They were also lucky enough to make a stop at the Grand Canyon and saw a lot of interesting sites. All agreed it was a great experience where they made new friends and were happy to express in concrete terms their love for Jesus and all of his people.  St. Margaret’s youth group is open to all regardless of their faith affiliation or lack thereof. They are a very welcoming group and love to meet new kids. Please feel free to check out our youth group at St. Margaret’s of Scotland Episcopal church in Sarasota, Florida. We would love to meet you!
